Ruth F. Lavigne, MD
Dr. Lavigne is conducting three clinical research studies. One targets early signs of depression and the psychosocial needs of newly-diagnosed breast cancer patients. The other two aim to improve radiotherapy techniques with regard to the problem of breast movement during treatment; the first, as movement relates to breast volume, and the second, as it relates to the dose delivered to the contralateral breast.
